Step 2 - Purchase or Refinance
Refinance only - Please provide the current mortgage statement, homeowners insurance dec pages (all pages) & property tax bill.
Purchase & Refinance - Make sure and provide a full 2 year work and address history, last 2 years W2'S, Last 2 months bank statements, Provide past 30 days paystubs.
Please note: If self employed, you must provide a CPA letter stating been in business for at least 2 yrs.
Will need past 12 months Business Bank Statements if own 25% or more of Business.
